HTC EVO & Sprint

About a year ago, I decided to take a risk and stay with Sprint and get the EVO (instead of switching to the iPhone 4 and AT&T). Overall, the EVO is a great phone but recently I've been getting annoyed with HTC and Sprint!!

* Sprint's 4G service sucks in Boston.

If your downtown, it's awesome but if your from Boston you're definition of Boston extends to inside RT-128. I work and live instead 128 and both have horrible service. The sprint website states that at my house I should only have good 4g service outside and yes this is true but I still get better 3g service outside my house. LAME!!! What's even lamer, is that RT-128 in Waltham doesn't have service either! How is that possible? 128 in Waltham is where a TON of software companies are! Seems stupid of Sprint.

* Phone Battery Sucks

I have to charge my phone at least once a day. This is compounded by the poor service. The phone has 3 antenna's (wifi,3g,4g). So if you leave all of them on in Boston it will drain your battery so of course, I leave 4g off most of the time since the service sucks!

* Dust under screen
Yup.. That's right.. It's no Apple product

* B-spot
Yes it does have the B-spot problem. Really annoying!

* HTC Customer Email Support is Lame.
I emailed HTC Customer and it was completely pointless. After 48hrs, I got an email saying I needed to call.
